U.S. Suppliers/Exhibitors
U.S. Suppliers/Exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The Host Hotels and their locations are shown on the Host Hotels Map.
International and Domestic Buyers
Lodging at your assigned official International Pow Wow 2010 Host Hotel for the five nights of Saturday, May 15 - Wednesday, May 19, 2010, checking out on May 20, 2010, is provided and paid for by the U.S. Travel Association (room and tax only).
Should you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, you will be responsible for the additional charges, at discounted rates (subject to availability). You are also responsible for any personal charges (telephone, room service, etc.) incurred during your entire stay.
U.S. Travel will make hotel reservations for international delegates by country. The IAC Chair for your country will inform you of your delegation's hotel assignment. The U.S. Travel Association cannot guarantee that we can accommodate hotel requests or changes to arrival and departure dates received after April 8, 2010.
Special Note to Domestic Buyers: The U.S. Travel Association cannot guarantee that we can accommodate requests for assignment to a specific Host Hotel.
Under no circumstances will delegates be allowed to stay at a hotel other than the Host Hotel assigned by U.S. Travel. Any delegate who stays in a hotel other than the one assigned will be responsible for his/her own room charges, and will be charged at the hotel's prevailing U.S. Supplier rate.

Additional IAC/VUSA Committee Representatives
U.S. Travel provides complimentary lodging only to the Chair of the International Advisory Committee or Visit USA Committee. These committees are permitted to register additional representatives; however, lodging arrangements are at their own expense and should be made through the housing bureau to obtain the best negotiated rates for the conference.

Airline Observers
