International Leisure, Meeting and Incentive, and Domestic Buyers

Deadline for reservations: March 26, 2012

This year U.S. Travel will once again use the Wyndham Jade Housing Bureau to coordinate Buyer, Press, and eligible Non-Buyer registration category reservations. Instructions for booking hotel reservations will be emailed to all confirmed registrants. Contact intlreg@ustravel.org for additional information.

Lodging at your assigned official International Pow Wow 2012 Host Hotel for the five nights of Saturday, April 21 - Wednesday, April 25, 2012 (checking out on April 26, 2012), is provided and paid for by the U.S. Travel Association (room and tax only).

Should you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, you will be responsible for the additional charges, at discounted rates (subject to availability). You are also responsible for any personal charges (telephone, room service, etc.) incurred during your entire stay.

U.S. Travel will make hotel reservations for international delegates by country. The IAC Chair for your country will inform you of your delegation's hotel assignment.

Note: The U.S. Travel Association cannot guarantee that we can accommodate hotel requests or changes to arrival and departure dates received after March 26, 2012.

REMINDER: International Leisure Buyers, Domestic Buyers, and returning Meeting & Incentive Buyers who selected the discounted "no hotel" option during registration will not be able to reserve a room through the Buyer Housing Bureau site.

Special Note to Domestic Buyers: The U.S. Travel Association cannot guarantee that we can accommodate requests for assignment to a specific Host Hotel.

Under no circumstances will delegates be allowed to stay at a hotel other than the Host Hotel assigned by U.S. Travel. Any delegate who stays in a hotel other than the one assigned will be responsible for his/her own room charges, and will be charged at the hotel's prevailing U.S. Supplier rate.
