International Non-Buyers
The Early Bird discount deadline for International Advisory Committee, Visit USA Committee, and Commercial Service representatives, and Airline Observers has been extended to February 6.
Numerous international partners provide advice and in-country expertise during the International Pow Wow planning process, and several attend the trade show in a non-buyer role and make regional presentations during the Market Update Educational Session.
This category includes the following registration types:
- International Advisory Committee Chairperson and representatives
- Visit USA Committee Chairperson and representatives
- Commercial Service representatives
- Airline Observers

Event Photography/Videography Waiver
Note to all participants: International Pow Wow participants MAY NOT organize or sponsor any activities that conflict with the official International Pow Wow program or sponsored event during official conference hours. Violation of these terms may render the participant ineligible for future participation in International Pow Wow.
Registration
The Chairs of the International Advisory Committees and the Visit USA Committees receive a complimentary registration. These committees are permitted to register additional representatives at the Buyer rate. Commercial Service representatives and Airline Observers are also subject to the Buyer rate.
Your registration fee includes:
- The possibility of up to 25 pre-scheduled appointments with U.S. Suppliers/Exhibitors (applies to Visit USA and Commercial Service Representatives only )
- Round-trip airport/hotel/ground transfers in Los Angeles and between function sites
- All meals and related functions which are an official part of International Pow Wow
- Los Angeles Sightseeing Tours
- Year-long organization listing on powwowonline.com and online access to all registered U.S. Suppliers
Hotel Accommodations
U.S. Travel provides International Advisory Committee Chairs, Visit USA Committee Chairs, and Commercial Service Representatives with complimentary lodging for five nights, April 21-25, 2012 (with check-out on April 26, room & tax only) at a pre-assigned Host Hotel with their country delegation.
International Advisory and Visit USA Committees are permitted to register additional representatives; however, lodging arrangements for these additional representatives as well as for Airline Observers, are at their own expense and should be made through the Supplier/U.S. Press Housing Bureau to obtain the best negotiated rates for the conference.

Appointment Scheduling
Visit USA Committee delegates and Commercial Service representatives may submit up to 25 requests for appointments with those Exhibitors who have not requested to Opt Out of the Visit USA Committee or Commercial Service Appointments options.
Appointment requests are submitted via powwowonline.com; once the Online Appointment Scheduling period closes, the appointments will be computer-generated according to a priority matching order. You will receive your appointment schedule list a few weeks before International Pow Wow.
Over the course of the three show days, there is the potential for a total of 25 appointments during the official Business Appointments Sessions; however, it is possible that a Visit USA Committee delegate or a Commercial Service representative might not receive 25 pre-scheduled appointments through the computer-generated matching process. The Manual Scheduling process offers an opportunity to request additional appointments to fill open slots.
Please keep in mind that if you have not paid your 2012 registration in full, you will not have access to request appointments, and U.S. Suppliers will not be able to request an appointment with you via powwwowonline.com. To determine if you have an outstanding balance, log in to powwowonline.com and click on the Pay Invoices button.
