International Advisory Committee (IAC) Chair and Additional Representative

The International Advisory Committee is responsible for inviting, approving and registering qualified buyers and journalists from their country to attend International Pow Wow.

The IAC Chair of the committee receives one complimentary registration and U.S. Travel provides hotel accommodations for up to five nights (room and tax only). 

Committee members may attend by registering as an IAC Additional Representative; however, there is a registration fee and housing is not provided. 

There is no spouse or family program, and no partial registration will be given for attendance at International Pow Wow social events.

Visit USA (VUSA) Committee Chair and Additional Representative

The Visit USA committee collaborates with the IAC committee and is responsible for identifying qualified buyers and journalists from their country to attend International Pow Wow.

The VUSA Chair of the committee receives one complimentary registration and U.S. Travel provides hotel accommodations for up to five nights (room and tax only). 

Committee members may attend by registering as a VUSA Additional Representative; however, there is a registration fee and housing is not provided. 

There is no spouse or family program, and no partial registration will be given for attendance at International Pow Wow social events.

U.S. Commercial Service

The U.S. Commercial Service collaborates with the IAC committee and is responsible for identifying qualified buyers and journalists from their country to attend International Pow Wow.

There is a fee to attend and complimentary housing is provided to one approved representative per country.

There is no spouse or family program, and no partial registration will be given for attendance at International Pow Wow social events.

Airline Observer

 

U.S. Air Carriers
This registration is available to representatives from U.S. airlines that have agreed to offer airfare discounts to International Pow Wow delegates; this arrangement is available to all delegates and was previously agreed upon between U.S. Travel Association and said carrier.   The following conditions also apply.

  • Said Carrier must also be a registered Exhibitor.
  • The Airline Observer registration must be approved by the booth’s Key Contact. 
  • Delegate must reside and work outside of the United States.
  • This registration type does not count against the maximum number of booth delegates allowed per booth.

 

International Air Carriers
This registration is available to representatives from International airlines that have agreed to offer airfare discounts to International Pow Wow delegates; this arrangement is available to all international delegates. Contact your in-country IAC Chair to see if your International airline qualifies to attend.  The following conditions also apply.

  • Said Carrier must approved by the IAC Chair.
  • Delegate must reside and work outside of the United States.

There is a registration fee to attend and housing is not provided for Airline Observers. This registration category does not qualify to make appointments.

There is no spouse or family program, and no partial registration will be given for attendance at International Pow Wow social events.
