International Pow Wow
International Leisure Buyer Appointment Scheduling
Business appointments at International Pow Wow are pre-scheduled in advance based on International and Domestic Buyer and Exhibitor requests according to a priority matching system. All requests are submitted via powwowonline.com. Once the Online Appointment Request period closes, computer-generated appointment lists are distributed to attendees, at which point the Manual Scheduling feature will be available to request additional appointments.
Your registration will not be considered valid if you do not submit Appointment Requests to U.S. Travel on or before March 16, 2012.
As a condition of acceptance of your registration, you must request a minimum of 30 appointments and agree to keep your pre-scheduled appointments. The U.S. Travel Association and the U.S. travel industry make a large investment to host you at International Pow Wow and in return we ask that you make every effort to honor your pre-scheduled and onsite commitments. Future attendance at International Pow Wow will be denied to those International Buyers who consistently cancel, "no show" or do not attend their appointments.
Due to the availability of numerous appointment-scheduling opportunities such as powwowonline.com, the Monday morning Appointment Scheduling Session and the onsite Message Centers, refunds are not issued to Buyers who do not receive pre-scheduled appointments.
