The Early Bird discount deadline for International Leisure and International Meeting & Incentive Buyers; International Advisory Committee, Visit USA Committee, and Commercial Service representatives; and Airline Observers has been extended to February 6.

To ensure a smooth and efficient International Pow Wow event for all participants, U.S. Travel Association applies a number of Key Dates and Deadlines. To make sure you are on schedule, click on the below link that represents your registration category and review your upcoming deadlines.

Please keep in mind that if you have not paid your 2012 registration in full by the time Online Appointment Scheduling opens (in late February), you will not have access to request appointments, and participants will not be able to request an appointment with you via powwwowonline.com. In addition, U.S. Suppliers will not receive booth number confirmation. To determine if you have an outstanding balance, log in to powwowonline.com and click on the Pay Invoices button.
