The Media Marketplace is the most popular media event at International Pow Wow. It will be held on Monday, May 17 with a morning and afternoon session, followed by a reception. This is the best opportunity for U.S. Suppliers to connect with media, pitch story ideas and distribute press kits and other materials. All registered journalists are required to attend and they come looking for what's new in U.S. travel. Learn more.
Press Kit Bins
Journalists are often looking for full press kits with more detailed information about U.S. Suppliers. The Press Kit Bins provide an opportunity for U.S. Suppliers to put those comprehensive materials (press releases, photo, slides, brochures, executive bio, etc) in their hands in one folder. International Pow Wow News Service on CD
The News Service on CD ensures that the journalists attending International Pow Wow will take your latest news home with them. All releases must be submitted to ckeefe@ustravel.org by close of business April 23 to be included in the single CD to be distributed onsite to the press. There is a 2-page limit and releases must be submitted in a PDF format with working hyperlinks. Registered U.S. Suppliers may purchase multiple releases. Public Relations Media Package: BUY MORE - PAY LESS!
International Pow Wow has bundled together its most popular media opportunities in one Media Package at a lower cost and greater value for U.S. Suppliers. Buy a Media Marketplace table ($550), Press Kit Bin ($175) and News Service on CD release ($150) and pay only $775. You save $100. Hotel Room Distribution Service

Reserved Tables at Official Luncheons
For $500, your organization can have a Reserved Table at each of the three official International Pow Wow luncheons. Tables seat 10 people each day, so by inviting your clients 'to lunch', you are essentially adding additional appointments to your day. Sign up by adding a Reserved Table from the Marketing Opportunities category to your shopping cart when you register online.
Note to Board Level Members: As part of your board level membership, your organization is automatically guaranteed one complimentary reserved table at the luncheons. However, if you would like to reserve a second table, please add it to your shopping cart when you register online.
Contact Lists
You can access contact information for free on powwowonline.com to send up to 25 emails, but if you would like the database in an excel file for mailings, you may order it through U.S. Travel. This is an ideal tool for your pre- and post-marketing efforts. Each list is $300 and includes organization names, delegate names, addresses, phone and fax numbers and, where available, email addresses. Upon receipt of payment, the list will be sent to you by email. You can order the list by adding the Buyer or U.S. Supplier Contact List from the Marketing Opportunities category to your shopping cart when you register online.
Lapel Pins
