This online business-to-business marketplace extends your International Pow Wow exposure from five days to 365 days a year, enabling you to do business on the Internet to facilitate easier communication, faster answers, and more productive prospecting.
All U.S. Travel Association participating organizations confirmed for International Pow Wow in San Francisco will be automatically provided with a listing on powwowonline.com, including:
- organization's name
- address
- general email address
- brief organization description (up to 400 characters)
- names of organization's registered delegates
Information contained in the brief description and Organization Profile on powwowonline.com will also be included in the Delegate Registry on CD that is distributed to all participants during the show.
Note: Organization Profile listings of participants of the previous year’s International Pow Wow will remain posted on powwowonline.com through the end of that year (e.g., International Pow Wow 2011 San Francisco delegates remain visible through December 2011). As soon as your registration for the next year’s International Pow Wow (e.g., 2012) is confirmed, your powwowonline.com listing will be extended or added through the end of the next year.
Note: Your Registration will not be accepted by the U.S. Travel Association without a completed/updated Organization Profile and payment.

Powwowonline.com is a database with extensive search capabilities providing an excellent opportunity to match buyers’ travel needs with suppliers’ products and services. During the appointment scheduling process, participants search for and request appointments with other participants based on the organization profile data. Make sure your profile is accurate and compelling! Be sure to review and Update Your Profile on powwowonline.com using the new log-in information provided in the email notifying you that registration is open. If you did not attend last year, simply contact us and we will provide you with log-in codes to register online.

What can you do on PowWowOnline.com?
In addition to being a gateway to the online registration and appointment scheduling system, PowWowOnline allows registered delegates to make registration and profile updates, register booth share delegates, and print or pay outstanding invoices. You can also access general information about International Pow Wow including the onsite schedule of events, registration instructions and criteria, host hotels and delegation assignments, ground transportation schedules, and a link to the host city’s website.
Make the most of your International Pow Wow experience by using powwowonline.com in advance to:
- Review and update your organization’s profile information—your year-round marketing presence on powwowonline.com.
- Search for potential business matches to initiate business correspondence in advance of, during, and after International Pow Wow.
- Maintain a personalized Prospect List. Search criteria includes: volume of business to the U.S., country and region of interest.
- Email directly to buyer contacts to promote your organization and increase appointment requests.
- Search for and request appointments using Online Appointment Scheduling (available in March).
Please keep in mind that if you have not paid your 2012 registration in full by the time Online Appointment Scheduling opens (in early March), you will not have access to request appointments, and participants will not be able to request an appointment with you via powwwowonline.com. To determine if you have an outstanding balance, log in to powwowonline.com and click on the Pay Invoices button.
