• If your organization has never attended International Pow Wow, please submit the brief Login Code Request Form. You will receive your login codes within 3 business days.
• If you are the new primary contact for an organization that has attended International Pow Wow in the past, please email your full contact information to: powwowreg@ustravel.org, and we will send your login codes within 3 business days. 

Registration Fees

Individual registration fees provide admittance to all official International Pow Wow functions, including meals and evening functions; local transfers for all official International Pow Wow events and activities; ground transportation from the airport to host hotels and back; and all publications issued as part of the registration package.

There is no spouse or family program, and no partial registration will be given for attendance at International Pow Wow social events.

NEW THIS YEAR! - U.S. Travel is offering a registration option for those International Leisure Buyers, Domestic Buyers, and returning Meeting & Incentive Buyers who do not require hotel accommodations. Such buyers will receive a discount of $265 off the registration fee.

Note to Exhibitors and Domestic Buyers:
U.S. Travel Association members (excluding Introductory Limited and Affiliate members) receive significant discounts on International Pow Wow registration fees! If you are not yet a U.S. Travel member (excluding Introductory Limited and Affiliate members), and wish to take advantage of these special discounts, please contact our Membership Department.

Note to all participants: International Pow Wow participants MAY NOT organize or sponsor any activities that conflict with the official International Pow Wow program or sponsored event during official conference hours. Violation of these terms may render the participant ineligible for future participation in International Pow Wow.

Email Opt Out Policy

When you submit personal information to us through the registration process on powwowonline.com, you will be given an opportunity to opt out at the time of submitting your personal information. Unless you opt out, you may be added to our list of users who will receive promotional and marketing communications from us and our sponsors, contact list purchasers and other third parties. You may opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from us, our sponsors, contact list purchasers and other third parties.

If you initially elect not to opt out and later decide that you would like to opt out, you may log back into the registration system to do so. Please keep in mind that although U.S. Travel strives to update our mailing list database as frequently as possible, it may take several days to process e-mail requests and weeks to process postal mail requests, during which time your information might be communicated to another party in connection with a mailing list. Additionally, you should be aware that any mailing lists that have been provided to third parties prior to your election to opt out cannot be retrieved by U.S Travel, and you cannot retroactively opt out with respect to such third parties. As noted above, however, when we do provide mailing lists to third parties, we enter into agreements with such parties limiting use of the lists.

Event Photography/Videography Waiver

As participants at an official U.S. Travel Association event, attendees acknowledge that the possibility may arise wherein the participant may appear in photographs or video taken by a designated staff or professional photographer/videographer. Every attempt will be made to secure permission from specific photo/video subjects; however, by submitting the registration application, participants agree to allow U.S. Travel Association to use their image in future pre- and/or post-conference coverage in our publications or on our website.
