- U.S. Travel membership is organizational based. One staff member named as main contact person, however, anyone within member organization is considered a member and will receive membership rates to events and publications, along with access to online exclusive membership information.
- New members pay a one-time initiation fee in addition to annual dues when joining.
- Membership is on a calendar year (January 1-December 31).
- All members are sent renewal invoices in November for following year dues.
- U.S. Travel offers many levels of membership: Introductory, Affiliate, Regular, President, Association Board, Board and Chairman. Learn more about the benefits of each level, along with investment amount.
- Investment amount is based on corporate revenue (travel service providers and allied/affiliates) or budget (destinations and travel associations). It is the responsibility of the member organization to review the investment structure each year to ensure proper dues are being paid.
- U.S. Travel members (at all levels) are able to use our member logo on their website, business cards, promotional material, letterhead. Members can access the member logo here (login required). To view other available logo's, click here.
- U.S. Travel is a national organization. While we do not have local chapters, if you wish to view member organizations in your area, click here to search our directory.
- Since U.S. Travel engages in lobbying efforts on behalf of its members, 81% of your member dues investment in 2012 is deductible under federal law as a business expense.
- New members will receive acess to member-only information shortly after joining.
