Trotter Special Service Award (NCSTD)
Recognizing valuable partnerships
Nominations are typicially due May of each year.
Purpose
The NCSTD Trotter Special Service Award was established in 1996 to recognize valuable partnerships, professional relationships, and mutual benefit between State Tourism Offices and outside organizations. The award honors Tom and Joe Trotter, father and son, vice president and president of Preprint Publishing Company, who both unexpectedly passed away in 1995, and the dedication they had for state/territory tourism offices.
Submission
Entries are solicited in the spring (between March and April) and winners are announced and recognized at the Annual Awards Banquet held during U.S. Travel's ESTO - the Educational Seminar for Tourism Organizations.
