The NCDO holds three Board of Directors meetings each year. The Annual meeting is held in cojunction with ESTO (the Educational Seminar for Tourism Organizations) to install new officers and to discuss program plans related to Travel Destinations. A meeting taking place in the spring allows Board members to discuss the direction of NCDO for that year.  In between formal NCDO meetings, the Board of Directors and working committees meet regularly to carry on the business, programs and services required by NCDO and destination organizations.
