Prior to joining U.S. Travel, Weber was a director at Marriott International, leading large multi-million dollar strategic transformational programs in support of e-commerce, sales and marketing, and financial systems. At Marriott he led the development of the new Marriott.com platform to support record channel growth for this multi-billion dollar channel.
Previously, Weber was a principal at Intelix, a regional business and technology solutions firm. As practice director he oversaw the telecommunications and utilities practice as well as the e-business practice including P&L responsibilities. Before Intelix, Weber enjoyed more than a decade in the telecommunications industry where he led large and complex initiatives for companies including Verizon, Sprint and Teligent. He began his professional career at Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture), serving numerous Fortune 500 clients in the telecommunications and energy industries, and traveled travel extensively across North America.
Weber holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration from the University of Delaware.
