For over 20 years, she has helped Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits turn complex issues into clear, compelling campaigns that drive action. As Vice President, Marketing and Digital for U.S. Travel Association, she leads brand management, digital platforms, content strategy, and marketing analytics to ensure cohesive, high-impact communications with key audiences across the travel ecosystem. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Communications and Marketing for AARP Foundation, she strengthened the brand of this $300 million nonprofit focused on ending senior poverty. Under her leadership, the team was named PR Daily's 2024 Nonprofit Communications Team of the Year. At Marriott, she led communications, change management and events during the complex, global Starwood integration – one of the company's most significant transformations. At Hilton, she built a high-performing team to elevate the brand, spearheaded the Hilton Honors rebrand, and shaped communications for "Stop Clicking Around" – the largest marketing campaign in Hilton's history. Brittany’s experience also includes global communications agency FleishmanHillard, Verizon and NPR. She graduated with honors from Skidmore College with a degree in English and sociology.
