Summer Summit Schedule July 29 - 31, 2026 | Rancho Bernardo Inn | San Diego, California Image Arrival and Departure Information Arrive: Wednesday, July 29 We recommend arriving by early afternoon on Wednesday to get settled before the Welcome Reception. Members of the Nominating and Membership Committee and DMO CEO Roundtable should plan to arrive in the morning to allow time to check-in before their meeting begins. Depart: Saturday, August 1 Summer Summit's final day will be Friday, July 31, featuring a half day of programing, lunch and optional afternoon activities. The event will formally conclude with a casual and fun family-friendly dinner on Friday evening. For those who wish to extend their stay, Saturday offers additional time for golf or activities at your leisure in San Diego. Activities, Workshops & Experiences In addition to insights from industry speakers, Summer Summit offers curated afternoon experiences designed to build connections and spark meaningful conversations. New this year, we’re introducing peer-to-peer roundtables woven into the Thursday afternoon lineup. These small group conversations are built around what matters most to you. In advance, participants will be asked to share the single biggest challenge they’re navigating or where they see the biggest opportunities, then we’ll shape discussions around those topics. Designed to be both energizing and impactful, these roundtables offer a chance to dive deeper into key themes, pressure-test ideas and find insights you won't find in traditional settings. However you choose to connect, each experience is an opportunity to engage more meaningfully and make the most of your time at the Summit. These moments are about more than activity, it’s where relationships develop and ideas take shape.
