Arrival and Departure Information

Arrive: Wednesday, July 30

We recommend arriving by early afternoon on Wednesday to take part in curated experiences designed to foster connection and dialogue. These optional activities—ranging from small-group outings to relaxed networking opportunities—offer a valuable chance to engage with peers ahead of Thursday’s official programming.

Depart: Saturday, August 2

Summer Summit will conclude with a half day of programming on Friday, followed by lunch and optional afternoon activities. For those who wish to extend their stay, Saturday offers additional time for golf or activities at your leisure in Colorado Springs.
