Angie Briggs serves as Vice President of Destination Engagement at the U.S. Travel Association, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering engagement and driving growth among local, regional and state destination organizations nationwide.  

A frequent traveler, Briggs consistently invests time in-market, collaborating closely with U.S. Travel members and the broader travel industry.

Drawing on her three-decade career in the travel industry, Angie's expertise spans a diverse range of functions, ranging from meeting planning to destination marketing. In recent years, Angie has helped travel marketing and consulting agencies build their portfolios by establishing a strong track record of collaboration and identifying business opportunities to support national, state and local destination marketing organizations, as well as international hotels, airports, attractions and businesses.

Driven by a passion for travel, Angie has visited six continents, more than 35 countries and 49 states, with an ever-growing bucket list of destinations to explore.
